Production quality is the first thing a customer reads, and they read it before a single word. We run shoots end to end, from the concept through to the final grade, with our own DOP on set rather than a crew hired for the day.

How it runs
Quoted per shoot day. 5 to 7 working days from shoot to delivery. We need product samples with us 10 to 14 days before the shoot.

Questions
Can you work from product samples, or do you need to visit?
We prefer to shoot from the actual product wherever it is, but we can also work from samples couriered to us if a visit is not practical.
Do we own the files when the project ends?
Yes. When a project is complete we hand over every source file, every account and every piece of access that came with it. Nothing stays with us that you would need later.
What happens if we want changes after handover?
Small fixes are normal and we handle them without fuss. Anything beyond that is a new, separately quoted piece of work, not a reopening of the original scope.
What does it cost?
Every project is scoped individually. After we talk, you get a custom media package with costs in it within 4 working days.
How long does this take?
Delivery is typically 5 to 7 working days after the shoot day.
